VAGA FINANCE ANALYST (for Operations & Safety and Operations Risk) – RJ
Requirements:
Degree in accounting, business administration or Economics with CRC, CRA, CPA.
Experience with accounting reconciliation, solid knowledge of Internal Control and an expert in MS Excel.
Experience with MXM will be a plus.
Advanced English.
Accountabilities:
Provide financial support for the tagged functions Operations and S&OR in the business planning processes such as:
GFO, 8Q, 5 year Plan;
Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis;
On the investment governance process: FM, ATN, AFE preparation and commercial assurance of investment choices; among others.
Support assurance and coordination of partner governance and processes (partner budgets, partner allocations, royalty/SPE calculations, impairment, inventory, JIBs, JV Billing, Cash Calls, OCM and TCM support, JV Audit, project economics, etc);
Provide support for the work with IST and Operations on the crude sale controls, revenue, and compliance with contracts.
For the month/quarter end, support the provision of the accruals for production, opex, capex, revex and cash costs.
Ensure integrity of Financial and Non-Financial information.
Provide control support for area of accountability.
