Swift busca SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGEMENT LEAD para seu cliente Operadora Multinacional do ramo de Petróleo e Gás localizada no Rio de Janeiro, veja perfil abaixo:

 

Responsibilities:

 

The role holder is responsible for setting strategic direction, establishing rules of engagement and managing implementation of all aspects of Supplier Quality Management ("SQM) including leadership of SQM for the Brazil Region. Additionally, the individual will monitor "Critical" suppliers in terms of performance and contractual compliance, while also constantly reviewing supply chain risks and advising on and implementing potential solutions to mitigate such risks, as appropriate. This role will collaborate closely with Company's Global SQM for creation, development and adoption of SQM processes and will hold ownership for same for the Brazil Region.

 

 

Requirements:

 

University degree, English fluency and advanced MS Office skills.

 

Experience with Lean/6 Sigma Continuous Improvement Techniques preferred.

 

Strong experience in Supply Chain disciplines, with extensive exposure to Supplier Quality Management principles and practices.

 

Comfortable in dealing with a wide range of supplier representatives and internal networks.

 

Advanced understanding of Quality Management and Safety Management as related to delivery of safe and reliable services and products.

 

Experienced in implementation of new processes into an existing business, including application of related Change Management.
